Sr. ISC Operations Manager

Position: Senior ISC Operations Manager Location: Palmetto, Florida (Port Manatee/Manatee County). Responsibilities Oversee and integrate production, production control, and production planning processes. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Set high expectations and create a culture of accountability and ownership for Production Managers and Supervisors. Coordinate and lead periodic performance reviews/lessons learned sessions, ensuring corrective & preventive actions are implemented. Forecast demand, analyze production trends, and make data‑driven recommendations for planning. Manage production timeliness and ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery. Monitor and control overhead spending to operate within approved plant budgets. Enforce work rules and practices fairly across all shifts. Provide input on methods to improve productivity through equipment acquisition, assembly methods, and overhead reductions. Collaborate with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with quality assurance and safety teams to uphold established quality and safety standards. Qualifications At least 10+ years in an Engineer‑to‑Order equipment manufacturing leadership or a related mechanical/construction field. At least 15 years of experience managing an hourly workforce. Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a deep understanding of supply chain integration. Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management. Demonstrated experience driving organizational change and implementing high‑impact improvement initiatives. Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interactions at all levels. Ability and desire to support all shifts, seven days a week as needed. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
