Key Responsibilities Manage charter bookings from inquiry through flight completion. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and client visits. Advise clients on aircraft options and charter solutions. Monitor active flights and ensure a seamless customer experience. Attend industry conferences, client meetings, and occasional charter flights. Stay current on aviation market trends and opportunities. What We're Looking For Sales, business development, or customer service experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling. Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Interest in aviation, travel, or luxury services is a plus.
