KindHearted Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Bowie, AL. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care
• Skilled in Trach and vent.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records
• Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and discharge instructions
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition, escalating concerns as appropriate
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment in accordance with healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Alabama
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to quality care
