Help students reach their full potential by supporting their developmental needs as a skilled pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Occupational Therapist (OT). This onsite contract opportunity focuses on providing high-quality therapy services to preschool and elementary-aged children in an engaging school-based environment. Work collaboratively with educational teams, families, and other professionals to foster communication, independence, and academic success.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Active MA Occupational Therapy License required
• Experience working with pediatric populations in schools strongly preferred
• Expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for speech and language or occupational therapy services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse learners and age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services onsite to preschool and elementary students
• Conduct evaluations and reassessments, setting measurable, functional goals tailored to each child’s needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in alignment with state and federal guidelines
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with legal and professional standards
• Consult with teachers and parents, providing strategies for carryover into the classroom and home settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
