New Balance stores seek Retail Sales Associates to ensure smooth operation and exemplary customer service. You will educate customers on NB products, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchase process with a friendly, helpful attitude. You will handle transactions, upsell where appropriate, and keep the floor organized and safe.
