We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled In-House Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities

* Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury law, employment law, and general & commercial litigation.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect organizational interests and ensure compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.
* Prepare legal motions and court depositions; assist in trial preparation and litigation strategies.
* Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal opinions.
* Manage legal case files efficiently using case management systems; track case progress and document all pertinent activities.
* Represent the organization in court proceedings, mediations, or negotiations as needed; advocate effectively on behalf of clients or the organization.
* Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to internal stakeholders; advise on statutory compliance and procedural law requirements.

Qualifications

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s).
* Proven experience in multiple legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury case experience, employment law case experience, and general litigation.
* Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
* Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with effective legal advocacy skills.
* Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, trial preparation, procedural law knowledge, and court depositions.
* Exceptional writing skills for legal drafting and documentation; ability to prepare clear and persuasive legal motions.
* Familiarity with legal case management systems; adept at managing multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Effective client communication skills; capable of explaining complex legal issues clearly and professionally.
* Prior experience working within a law office environment is preferred; strong organizational skills are essential.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
