Universal Mental Health Services (UMHS) is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant for our Lenoir office. This position provides clerical and administrative support including data entry, filing, maintaining records, and supporting daily office operations in our CQI Department.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and perform routine office tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
This is a temporary position with hours based on agency needs (approximate 20 to 30 hours per week Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm)
