Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Account Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting various client interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Days (08:00-17:00)

What's the Job?

• Manage customer-facing activities and ensure a positive customer experience by acting as a single point of contact.
• Handle OTC and Customer Service Management, focusing on inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Contribute to understanding customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by providing feedback and insights.
• Enter relevant customer data into CRM systems, schedule follow-ups, and support customer retention efforts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
