Pediatric RN Residency: Bridge to Acute Care

Nicklaus Children’s Health System is offering the Bridge RN Residency Program, starting November 9, 2026, with opportunities in Ft. Lauderdale, Coral Springs, and the Miami main hospital. Selected RNs will undergo structured onboarding, a didactic curriculum, simulations, and hands-on training with preceptors to transition to acute pediatric roles. A 2-year commitment is expected. Applicants must hold a Florida RN license (or multi-state including Florida), BSN by hire date for external #J-18808-Ljbffr Nicklaushealth
