Responsibilities In this role, you’ll deliver the most advanced digital solutions, move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress. You’ll work together with your team to make a tangible difference and help transform the future of digital platforms. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with DoD project management Knowledge of project and program management practices in a DoD setting Ability to work independently in an agile setting, with minimal direction, and across cross‑functional teams Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe and software project management tools including Azure Dev Ops, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence Experience with defense procurement or acquisition Experience leading Agile teams, including as a scrum master Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment Experience supporting the Navy Experience with the development and writing of Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW) Experience supporting the review of vendor proposals within identified service areas Knowledge of vendor management to ensure that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned SAFe Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility. Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
