A leading aviation solutions provider is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our dedicated finance department. salary: $25 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Review and post customer invoices daily to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Accounts Payable: Record incoming vendor invoices accurately and manage all aspects of payment processing.
• Banking & Treasury: Handle critical banking functions, including the execution and management of ACH transfers, wire transfers, and remittances .
• Logistics & Freight Billing: Oversee all freight billing activities, which include processing shipping costs and providing comprehensive analysis of expenses by vendor.
• Sales Tracking: Maintain and update the internal Monthly Sales file on a daily basis to provide real-time data to leadership.
• Internal Controls: Assist in developing and enforcing internal accounting policies to protect company assets and ensure workflow efficiency
