Purpose Job Description "As part of the global benefits team, this position supports the design, development, communication and administration of benefits programs, including retirement, health & welfare and Vitality/well-being programs. We seek to deliver forward-thinking benefits globally that supports our Talent Philosophy and Total Rewards Guiding Principles to attract and retain top talent, supports the diverse needs of employees through their life and career stages, and responds to the rapidly changing business and economic environment." Provide support for benefit recommendations using competitive data, industry trends, costs, and employee experience for AbbVie employees and retirees. Manage benefit programs and represent AbbVie as primary contact with benefit vendors and other outside entities, primarily smaller vendors. Manage relationships. Develop contracts, establish performance goals, ensure high quality delivery of benefits services. Assesses performance through financial, utilization, outcomes, and quality data analyses. Keep mgt informed of issues or potential employee impacts. Review all vendor generated employee comms. Work closely with HRConnect to provide Tier 3 support for benefit programs. Provide project coordination support for implementation of new programs or the annual enrollment process, including system changes, HRConnect support needs, portal content, communcation plan, live events/ benefits fairs/ cafe crashes, meeting room logistics, vendor coordination, etc. Provide data analytics support for benefit recommendations, optimize vendor management and support communication of the value of benefit programs (telling the story). Support development of employee presentations, coordinate logistics, and deliver as needed Responsible for compliance with applicable country and company policies and procedures. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in relevant subject area. Individual contributor. No supervisory responsibilities. Position requires 5+ years of related experience Experience supporting project implementations. Strong critical thinking skills. Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to tell a story. Proficient with or aptitude to learn a range of analytical tools. Strong oral and written communication skills Disposition to work in a highly diverse environment with potential for cross-cultural and communication barriers. Continuous improvement mindset. Able to multi-task in a face paced environment. Additional Information The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this roleat thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on manyfactors including geographiclocation,andwemay ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may bemodified in thefuture. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick),medical/dental/visioninsurance and 401(k) to eligibleemployees. This job is eligible toparticipate in our short-term incentiveprograms.
