What This Role Is All About

Likewize is searching for an Inventory Supervisor to join our team at our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX.

As our Inventory Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind inventory accuracy and operational excellence. From optimizing material flow to solving complex inventory challenges, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for a high-energy, hands-on leader who enjoys improving processes, delivering results, and building great teams in a rapidly growing device repair and refurbishment environment.

Your Key Areas of Focus

• Own inventory accuracy from shelf to system, leading cycle count programs, audits, and discrepancy resolution across the distribution center.
  
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inventory issues, uncovering root causes, and implementing lasting solutions.
  
• Manage inventory control resources and labor costs while maximizing efficiency and operational performance.
  
• Ensure products are in the right place, properly labeled, and accurately reflected across all warehouse systems.
  
• Keep inventory data, reporting, and regional stock levels aligned, accurate, and audit-ready.
  
• Deliver against key operational goals with a commitment to precision, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Lead by example to create a safe, high-performing, and team-focused warehouse environment where people and processes thrive.
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline-or equivalent experience leading teams in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  
• A people-first leader who knows how to coach, motivate, and develop teams while driving operational success.
  
• Experience identifying opportunities for improvement, tracking performance metrics, and turning ideas into measurable results.
  
• Proven success hiring top talent, building strong teams, and managing performance with fairness and accountability.
  
• Strong communicator who can connect with team members, peers, and leadership alike.
  
• Confident decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers results.
  
• Adaptable and flexible, ready to support the business and work varying schedules when operational needs require it.
  

Extra Skills We'd Love to See

• Experience in JDE, High Jump, Kronos, ADP, or equivalent software that show your skills in warehouse operations.

Where We Work

Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10-minute commute to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. We take pride in the onsite amenities we provide for our distribution center team - including a climate-controlled work environment, a beverage station with coffee, tea, and filtered ice & water, multiple vending machines for convenient dining options, and personal lockers for storing personal belongings.
