Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced  Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO or ND)  to join our dynamic FM concierge medical team at our Seattle (Ravenna), Bellevue , and Kirkland locations. Candidates must have Functional Medicine Training and/or an A4M Fellowship .

Schedule: Full-time

$125,000 - $300,000 yearly

• Provide personalized functional medicine consultations, focusing on preventive care and holistic treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care, integrating insights from various health disciplines.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest functional medicine practices.
• Foster strong patient relationships through effective communication, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Experience in providing personalized functional medicine consultations with a focus on preventive care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans considering lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest functional medicine practices.
• Strong communication skills to foster patient relationships through empathy and a patient-centered approach.
• Experience in maintaining accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Functional Medicine Training and/or an A4M Fellowship is required for this role.
