Regional ADR Driver Training & Compliance Coach

Biffa is seeking an ADR Driver Training Specialist (Regional) based in Birmingham, Alabama. This role focuses on ensuring drivers operate safely and efficiently across our North Region fleet. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of HGV driving experience along with a Valid Class 1 HGV licence and ADR qualification. Key responsibilities include ongoing driver training, maintaining competence records, and post-incident support.
