Laboratory Technician - Leachates- Environment Testing - 2nd Shift, Sun-Thurs
$17.75 per hourEurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Environmental testing laboratory technician role focused on leachate analysis and sample preparation. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, chemical waste disposal, data entry, and quality control sample processing on a second shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory cleaning and maintain organized work areas
- Dispose of chemical waste using approved methods and protocols
- Wash, inventory, and prepare laboratory glassware and specialized equipment
- Accurately enter analytical data into laboratory information management systems
- Complete quality control samples including method detection limit and proficiency testing
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional English language proficiency (read, write, speak)
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Prior laboratory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Compensation: $17.75 per hour plus 10% shift differential
