Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 9 hours Experience: Minimum 24 months of current Cardiac Cath/CCL experience required. License: Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate license required. Certifications: BLS (AHA) required. ACLS (AHA) required. Must-Have: Experience with patient types: Coronary PCI, Structural Heart required. Experience with equipment: Impella required. Experience with equipment: IABP (intra-aortic balloon pump) required. Experience with equipment: Penumbra required. Vasopressor and vasodilator experience required. Experience with glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors required. EPIC Cupid EMR experience highly preferred. Description: This position requires a registered nurse with extensive cath lab experience. Candidates must have a strong background in managing coronary PCI and structural heart cases. Expertise with equipment such as Impella, IABP, and Penumbra is essential. Experience working with vasopressors and glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors is necessary. Ability to work on call shifts and weekends is required. Professional references from previous supervisory or managerial roles are preferred. This role involves a commitment to providing quality patient care in a high-pressure environment. First-time travelers are welcome, provided they meet the experience requirements.
