Trillium Woods is recruiting for a flexible part-time hospitality focused driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a driver:

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required

Preferred qualifications:

• CDL license - or the ability to receive (with company assistance) after 90 days of employment
• Previous experience in a senior living community

Pay range: $20-$24/hr
