Real-Time Data Specialist

Salary: $60,000 - 68,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a bachelors degree.
• We prefer at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• We require excellent customer service, computer, process management, process improvement, reporting, and client relationship skills.
• We prefer technical writing ability and knowledge of drilling operations, WITSML, and WITS.
• We require the ability to work a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts, including alternating day and night schedules.
• We require availability for day, night, and overnight shifts.
• We require the ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.
• We require legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer.

• We act as the liaison between our operations team and the company asset teams.
• We support our Real-Time Operations Center staff and contractors with PetroVault training, usage, and setup for new and upcoming jobs.
• We deliver training sessions to new users before and during projects.
• We provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users in person, by phone, and by email.
• We prepare periodic client reports using ticket data from JIRA.
• We follow up with our Real-Time Operations Center to ensure contact details and rig setup or network information are properly documented.
• We coordinate rig setup details before each deployment with the Real-Time Operations Center team, contractors, and company IT, and resolve issues as needed.
• We document and track required PetroVault developments.
• We document PetroVault users and access-level needs.
• We plan, coordinate, and help implement projects according to specifications and deadlines with our Real-Time Operations Center team.
• We coordinate project organization with Service Delivery management.
• We handle onsite administrative duties as needed in collaboration with the on-duty RT Coordinator, including client concerns raised on production systems.
• We attend, schedule, and lead meetings and business reviews as required.
• We provide monthly reporting to operations and client teams covering performance, specialized requests, and ticket metrics.
