As Head of Quality Assurance Engineering, you will architect and run the systems that keep us aligned with ASTM requirements and the rigor of AS9100—while building a culture of continuous improvement.Role HighlightsOwn the design and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures mapped to ASTM standards.Supervise and enhance quality control activities to meet regulatory and customer expectations.Hire, mentor, and grow QA talent; codify best practices across the team.Lead internal audits, process assessments, and root-cause analyses; drive CAPAs.Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve nonconformances quickly.Continuously monitor industry shifts and updates to ASTM regulations; adapt processes accordingly.Deliver concise executive reports on KPIs, trends, and compliance health.Embed quality-first thinking throughout the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or related field; Master’s preferred.7+ years in quality/compliance with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.Deep knowledge of ASTM standards and quality management systems.Demonstrated success leading quality initiatives and teams.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities; meticulous attention to detail.Strong communicator and collaborator across diverse groups.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.Nice to have: Six Sigma, ASQ, or similar certifications.ProficienciesAS9100 Quality SystemsAerospace ManufacturingAS9100 ExperienceBlueprint ReadingToolsQuality Control SoftwareIf shaping a best-in-class QA program excites you, apply to lead our ASTM/AS9100 initiatives and set the standard for excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
