What You'll Own:
- Drive end-to-end project management for high-end residential renovations
- Oversee budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables with precision
- Lead clear, proactive communication with clients, vendors, and crews
- Manage procurement, planning, permitting, and on-site execution
- Coordinate field teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety
- Uphold the WORKS by JD standard-exceptional outcomes and delighted clients
What You Bring:
- Experience in project management, construction, architecture, or estimating
- Deep knowledge of residential remodeling practices and building codes
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and construction software/workflows
- Ability to travel locally within 1 hour of Beverly, MA
