Licensed Social Worker – Case Manager | Case Management (BHS)Gateway Regional Medical Center - Granite City, ILFull-Time | M–F, 40 hrs/wk | $25.71–$41.65/hrAdvocate for patients at one of the most pivotal points in their care.Gateway Regional Medical Center is looking for a Licensed Social Worker to join our Case Management team. You'll work independently to review medical records, assess medical necessity, and help guide appropriate hospital stays and ancillary services - all in alignment with Joint Commission and Medicare standards.
