Complete Smiles - Mountain View, is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established family dental practice in West Jordan, Utah. This is a full-time opportunity to join a collaborative team of three doctors who are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, positive environment.

• Established, busy family practice with a loyal patient base

• Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
• Modern practice utilizing Open Dental software

• Competitive compensation: $49–$50 per hour, depending on experience

3 days per week | Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

This position is scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday , with typical office hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM .

As our Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll play a key role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health by providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments, including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
• Conduct oral health assessments and screen for periodontal disease and other oral conditions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Administer local anesthesia as permitted by state regulations
• Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in Open Dental
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Utah
• Local anesthesia certification required
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
