About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic/Spine Unit – Tennessee

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48-hour work week guarantee; 4 weekend shifts per schedule period; rotating float policy

• Specialized 26-bed Orthopedic and Spine unit focused on knee and hip replacements, plus multi-level spine surgeries
• 6:1 patient ratio with strong support staff including unit secretary, PCTs, and patient navigator
• Meditech documentation system with specialized orthopedic equipment including CPMs, SCDs, cooling devices, and mobility aids
• Work alongside an experienced, collaborative team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Active RN License in good standing
• Strong orthopedic nursing background required
• Experience with post-operative orthopedic and spine surgery patients preferred
• Demonstrated compassion and teamwork skills essential
• Commitment to patient experience excellence (minimum 72% patient satisfaction standards)
