About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring a traveling Residential House Cleaner for a contract assignment at a Residential in Tahoe, CA. We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Cleaning Professional to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, sanitized, and comfortable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to creating clean and welcoming environments for our valued clients.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, adhering to established cleaning standards
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high hygiene levels across all surfaces
• Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and surface sanitation
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to ensure safety
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions
• Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality
• Follow health and safety guidelines consistently to ensure a safe working environment

What You Bring - Required

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning or janitor experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DMV screening
• Must be able to provide a valid car registration and insurance

What You Bring - Preferred

• Ability to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends when needed
• Ability to travel to the surrounding areas
