The Opportunity

We're looking for motivated individuals throughout the NYC metropolitan area to join Ameron Capital as Remote Business Development Representatives.

This position offers the freedom to work remotely, set your own hours, and earn commissions by connecting businesses with financing opportunities.

Whether you're a student, an experienced sales professional, or someone seeking supplemental income, this opportunity can fit around your existing commitments.

Moonlighting is welcome. No fixed shifts or traditional office hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with business owners seeking financing.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Introduce prospective clients to our business financing solutions.
• Coordinate prospective financing opportunities with our team.
• Develop and maintain business relationships.
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in sales, entrepreneurship, or finance.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
  

Compensation & Flexibility

• 100% commission-based compensation; no guaranteed salary.
• Commissions on eligible successfully funded transactions, subject to a written agreement.
• Fully remote work within the NYC metropolitan area.
