Nurses in this position will be part of a fast-paced and challenging environment. The team is composed of both experienced and novice staff members, emphasizing teamwork, compassion, and evidence-based practice. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability and preparedness to handle complex situations. Nursing staff is expected to uphold respect and professionalism towards each other and the patients while delivering excellent care. The working environment includes interdisciplinary support from various teams, including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy. Patient ratios will vary from 1:5-7, depending on circumstances. Nurses will be responsible for managing vital medical procedures and assisting patients in their recovery. Candidates should have a strong skill set in various medical practices and patient management. The position requires commitment to attendance and reliability.
