Innovent is part of Standex Engraving Group, a worldwide specialist in aesthetic and functional surfaces.Required Job DutiesReceive in supplies, tools, and materials accurately and efficientlyPrepare completed jobs for shipment to customers and in process jobs for shipment to suppliersPackage, prep, load, and unload shipments as needed, by hand or with a fork truckComplete shipping and receiving documentation including FedEx, UPS, bills of lading, international, and customer paperworkEnsure timely and accurate data entry into Epicor ERP systemCoordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with vendors and carriersOffice Administration / Purchasing SupportMonitor office supply and equipment inventory and order supplies as neededRequest quotes from approved suppliers while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-upPrepare and manage purchase orders for job materials and operational needs using EpicorFollow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules and order statusGenerate and update internal quotes and sales ordersMaintain organized records, filing systems, and administrative documentationProvide excellent customer service while communicating professionally with customers and vendors via phone and emailAssist with additional administrative and clerical duties as neededGeneral SupportFollow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies and proceduresCommunicate problems, delays, or concerns promptly to managementMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentRequired QualificationsMust be a US CitizenHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required2-3 years previous shipping/receiving, administrative, customer service, purchasing, or manufacturing support experience preferredExperience with Epicor or other ERP systems is a plusMust have valid drivers licenseRequired Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and office environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and qualityBasic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and ERP systems such as EpicorComfortable learning new systems and processes through written and verbal instructionStrong keyboarding and data entry skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectivelyPhysical and Work RequirementsSome local travel including deliveries to or from suppliers, UPS or FedEx, up to 20%Must be able to work a standard 40-hour work week with occasional overtimePosition involves a combination of office work and activity on the production floorSitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling may be requiredAbility to regularly lift up to 50 lbsMust be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with multiple departments throughout the facility
