Job Posting: Hybrid Data Specialist - Claims Entry (Lincoln, NE Customer)

Pay: $18.00/hr
Location: Lincoln, NE (Hybrid - Onsite training & occasional in-office days)
Assignment: 1.5 years (Temp-to-perm opportunity!)

Join our team as a Data Specialist supporting our Lincoln, NE customer's claims entry operations! This hybrid role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals based in the Lincoln area who want the stability of long-term work, with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter claims information into our database systems
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with sensitive information
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors
• Support other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• 10-key and alpha-numeric data entry testing required prior to offer
• Previous experience in healthcare claims or billing is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must reside in the Lincoln, NE area (training is onsite, with potential future in-office work as needed)
• Reliable internet connection and workstation for remote work

Schedule:

• Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite in Lincoln, NE)
• After Training: 8-hour workdays with flexible start times (Hybrid - mostly remote, with occasional in-office days)
• Assignment is for 1.5 years, with the possibility of becoming permanent if you're a great fit!
