Cadreforce is recruiting for a business development opportunity focused on Retail Merchandising eCommerce and Consumer Goods. Youll drive revenue growth build strategic client relationships develop new opportunities and expand existing accounts through customer-focused solutions.

What youll do

• Identify and develop new business across Retail eCommerce Merchandising and Consumer Goods organizations.
• Build relationships with retail executives merchandising leaders buyers and key decision-makers.
• Develop account growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting qualification solution positioning proposal development negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with delivery technology merchandising and marketing teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Grow the pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools.
• Identify opportunities in merchandising category management supply chain loyalty programs retail analytics and digital commerce.
• Use market research competitor analysis and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead client presentations solution discussions and contract negotiations.
• Represent the organization at events conferences trade shows and customer meetings.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with delivery and support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Retail Management or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Merchandising Category Management eCommerce and Retail Analytics.
• Experience working with major retailers such as Best Buy Walmart Target Costco Kroger or similar.
• Strong communication presentation negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
