We're hiring an experienced full-time Carpenter to join our team in Lansing, MI. Responsibilities- Perform high-quality carpentry work across all phases of renovation and remodeling projects.
- Complete trim carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, and water damage restoration tasks as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assignments on schedule.
- Apply expertise in construction and carpentry to solve problems on the job site and deliver clean, professional results.
- Maintain job site organization, safety standards, and quality control throughout each project.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and crew members to keep work moving.
- Minimum 3 years of renovation/remodel construction experience (preferred).
- Proven skills across multiple trades: trim carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, and water damage restoration.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license (required).
- Own tools and reliable transportation to the job sites.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check upon offer.
