Birch Tree Therapies is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support our ESY programs this summer, with opportunities to continue into the 2026–2027 school year. Full-time preferred, part-time considered.

Experienced SLPs, Clinical Fellows, and strong SLPAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in school settings 
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings 
• Develop and implement IEP goals 
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams 
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation 

Who We're Looking For

• Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility 
• CCC-SLP, Clinical Fellow, or strong SLPA 
• Passion for working with school-aged students 
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practices 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Dependable, organized, and accountable 
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
