General Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role supports various departments throughout the facility by performing a wide range of tasks that contribute to smooth operations and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, and eager to assist wherever needed. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to safety are essential. By maintaining organized work areas, assisting multiple departments, and following all safety protocols, the General Laborer helps ensure efficiency and productivity across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials as required throughout the worksite.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Assist in various departments and take on new assignments as needed.
• Lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Show up consistently and be available for overtime when required.
• Complete assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Take initiative and perform tasks without complaint, even when roles change.

• Reliable personal transportation (dependable car).
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to new responsibilities.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and stay flexible with work hours.
• Comfortable working in different departments or performing varying tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.

The General Laborer must demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and physical capability to perform a wide range of tasks. Attention to safety, teamwork, and communication skills ensures work is completed efficiently and correctly. A proactive mindset and willingness to take on varying responsibilities help support smooth operations across the facility. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse or manufacturing processes enhances effectiveness and versatility in this role.

Additional Note: This position is not limited to the duties listed above. The supervisor may assign additional tasks as needed to support operations.
