• Serve s the min point of contct for ssigne clients, ensring smooth, responsive, n professionl experience.
• Proctively engge with cstomers vi emil, phone, n vieo to nswer qestions, provie ptes, n ientify opportnities to spport them better.
• Collborte with internl tems (like esign, evelopment, n flfillment) to ensre client reqests re hnle ccrtely n on time.
• Help new clients get onbore n feel confient in or process from y one.
• Mintin orgnize recors of commniction, tsks, n client nees sing or internl tools (e.g., CRM, project trckers).
• Contribte ies to improve or cstomer experience n internl systems.

Reqirements

• Excellent commniction skills , both written n verbl - yo're cler, professionl, n personble.
• 1-2 yers of experience in cstomer service, sles spport, or ccont mngement (e-commerce experience is bons).
• Comfortble mking otbon clls n speking irectly with clients.
• Strong ttention to etil n orgniztionl skills - yo like to follow p n follow throgh.
• Mst be leglly thorize to work in the .S.
• Locte ner Settle, W is pls for the occsionl in-person meeting or strtegy session.

Preferre Qlifictions

• Experience in e-commerce or with pltforms like Shopify .
• Prior role in cstomer sccess, client services, or ccont mngement .
• Fmilirity with tools like Slck, Google Workspce, Trello, Notion, or CRM systems .

Hors & Time Commitment

• This is very prt-time, entry-level role , reqiring bot 1-2 hors per y , Mony throgh Friy.
