Associate Attorney (Labor & Employment Litigation) - Full-time
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in employment litigation
Experience in class action litigation (excluding any experience in workers' compensation)
Proficiency in software programs such as Filevine, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
Being approachable and enthusiastic
Bilingual skills
CA Bar License
Job Description:
Working in a team-oriented environment focusing on employment litigation
Handling a busy workload
Growing with the firm
Working with other associates and support staff, all led by a senior attorney
Sharing and exchanging ideas, tactics, and developments
Putting in the extra hours to see themselves, the firm, and the client benefit
