Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Process accounts payable transactions and weekly payment runs.
  • Maintain financial records, purchase orders, and supporting accounting documentation.
  • Assist with compliance-related accounting activities and payment reviews.
  • Support vendor onboarding and W-9 administration.
  • Assist with audit preparation and provide requested financial documentation.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounting processes and transactions.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• High school diploma required; accounting or bookkeeping coursework preferred.
  • 1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage financial transactions.
