Psychiatry - Child/Adolescent Physician

The physician will work in a multidisciplinary behavioral health environment providing direct psychiatric care and clinical leadership across adult inpatient psychiatry, detox, and residential services. The program is initially operating with a gradual census ramp, creating an opportunity for the Medical Director to help establish clinical workflows, quality standards, and care processes as the program grows.

The role involves collaboration with nursing, therapists, case management, operations, and facility leadership. The environment is suited to a psychiatrist who enjoys a combination of hands-on patient care, clinical oversight, physician leadership, and program development .
