A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Hospice for a local contract nursing job in Manchester, Tennessee.Job Description & Requirements

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM + on-call rotation (onsite/field)

Field Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• At least 1+ year of Hospice experience + HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience (required)
• At least 1+ year of wound care experience
• CPR/BLS required
• Valid driver’s license + insurance; comfortable with multi-county travel
  

Field Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Summary:

• Complete patient assessments and manage an individualized plan of care in the hospice setting
• Coordinate care transitions and collaborate with providers, social workers, and discharge planners
• Complete daily patient visits (approx. 21–25/week per job notes) and maintain detailed documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation and support patient/family needs with urgency and empathy
• Provide patient advocacy while protecting privacy and confidentiality
