We're hiring MIG Welders to join growing manufacturing teams in the Cedar Falls area. This is a hands-on position involving welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and production work in a team-oriented environment. • Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed
• Use grinders, sanders, and other hand tools to finish parts
• Measure materials using tape measures and other shop tools
• Support fabrication and production operations while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous MIG welding experience or welding school training
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills including fractions and measurements
• Experience operating fabrication equipment, forklifts, or overhead cranes is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Falls, IA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
