As a Security Officer Full Time Level III Armed Driver in Houston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Security Professional at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Maintain a visible armed presence throughout the retail location to help deter theft, unauthorized activity, and other security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
