Collegial California Firm Seeks Litigation Attorney: MULTIPLE HAPPY CANDIDATES HERE FOR YEARS!A well-established California law firm with a diverse and community-focused culture is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its litigation team. The firm represents public and private sector clients in matters involving public entity law, employment, education, construction, product liability, general litigation, and appellate work.The firm offers a genuinely collegial, family-oriented office environment with an open-door culture and attorneys who are approachable and invested in working collaboratively. The Litigation Attorney will have the opportunity to handle substantive defense litigation matters while receiving hands-on mentorship and feedback when desired.Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:Handle defense litigation matters on behalf of public entities and other clients.Manage cases through various stages of litigation.Draft and argue law and motion matters.Prepare for and attend court hearings.Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents.Work directly with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy.Hours:1850 annual billable hours.3 days in office and 2 days working remotely.
