We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our human resources team. This role is vital in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across diverse departments and levels within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both languages, demonstrate expertise in full cycle recruiting, and have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies. Hours- 8am-5pm

Contract position- 3-4months

** Responsibilities **

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, and HR systems to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate with hiring managers to identify top talent.
• Engage in external recruiting efforts including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Negotiate offers with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing talent needs.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for candidate sourcing, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead employer branding initiatives through social media platforms and other channels to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
• Support employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR legal standards and employment regulations across all recruitment activities.

** Skills **

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in talent management software such as UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex, or similar HR systems.
• Deep understanding of employment law related to talent management and HR legal compliance.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Familiarity with HR systems like PeopleSoft or iCIMS for managing recruitment workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in training & development initiatives related to recruitment best practices.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships internally and externally.
• Knowledge of employee relations principles and internal recruiting strategies.
