IMMEDIATE HIRING! PARAMEDIC Part‑time Opportunity in Benton, IL! Starting Compensation: $24.58+ per hour or $66,464 annually for Full‑time Paramedics (based on local schedule, 24/48, equating to 2,496 annual work hours). $5K sign‑on bonus for full‑time Paramedics. We’re hiring Paramedics passionate about delivering compassionate, high‑quality service and advanced patient care. Responsibilities Assess each call situation to determine best action while following progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize medical equipment and procedures (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, IV fluids) to provide advanced care. Communicate with patients and their loved ones to provide information and assurance. Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management as needed. Drive the ambulance on 911 responses. Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow Paramedics. Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and build strong relationships. Minimum Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). State Paramedic License. State Driver’s License. BLS, ACLS, NREMT‑Paramedic certifications. Driving record compliant with company policy. Pass Physical Agility Test. Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
