• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to determine students’ needs for physical therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting functional mobility, motor skills, and safety within the school environment
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
• Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and supporting compliance with all legal requirements
• Offer guidance and training to staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
