Licenses/Certifications: RN, BLS, ACLS, NIHSSEMR

Experience: At least 2 years of ICU RN experience

Pay Rate: $88.50/hour (before administrative fees)

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for ICU patients, including trauma, neuro, and CTS cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
• Float between ICU and Stepdown/PCU units as needed.
• Participate in patient and family education to promote recovery and well-being.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSSEMR certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience
• Ability to float between units

Preferred:

• ICU experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center
• Experience with CTS and Neuro patients
• TNCC certification
