Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting to Director of Rehab. Tasks include: assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. Provide individualized care designs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. Collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Adapt to patient needs in various settings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
