Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Reston, VA by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Sign On Bonus $10000
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Pair with another driver to transport dry van loads across the U.S. in top equipment.
Key Duties:
- Alternate driving and navigation on long hauls
- Perform safety inspections and upkeep
- Record miles, inspections, and cargo details accurately
Driver Perks:
- Competitive split pay at 77¢/mile plus bonuses for safe driving and referrals
- Late-model trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers
- Home every two weeks supported by in-house maintenance
- Full benefits suite: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
Requirements: Valid CDL A and 12+ months of OTR team driving experience.
