Human Resources Analyst - Employee Relations
The HR Analyst Employee Relations provides professional Human Resources support in the areas of employee relations, workplace conduct, performance management, policy interpretation, investigations, and HR compliance. Working under the direction of the Director of Human Resources Operations or designated HR leader, the HR Analyst serves as a trusted resource to employees, supervisors, managers, and college leadership. The position assists with addressing workplace concerns, interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures, conducting and documenting employee relations matters, and promoting consistent and equitable employment practices. The HR Analyst also supports HR data analysis, reporting, process improvement, training, and documentation related to employee relations and workforce management.
