Description

American Traveler is hiring a Neuro OR RN for a hospital-based surgical unit requiring 2 years of neurovascular experience and a Florida or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based operating room setting, Surgery unit
• Neurosurgical patient population including transsphenoidal pituitary surgery, LITT (Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy), GammaTile brachytherapy implantation, Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), complex cranial procedures, and complex spine
• Day shift: 06:30–17:00
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
• Minimum 2 years of neurovascular OR experience required
• Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
• Two professional references required
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• License/certificate verification and Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties for complex neurosurgical cases including cranial and spine procedures
• Holiday coverage is required for any holiday that falls during a regularly scheduled shift
