The Senior Program Coordinator for Operations and Judicial Clerkships in our Office of Career Development and Public Service supports our team of talented career advisors and presents a rewarding opportunity to help law students as they begin their careers. The Senior Program Coordinator works with the Career Development Office (CDO) staff, students, employers, and alumni to plan and implement career services events and programs (including panels, workshops, networking events, etc.) throughout the year. The Senior Program Coordinator also provides financial management services through processing reimbursements, invoices, and requisitions, and administrative support for the judicial clerkship application process. The Senior Program Coordinator also provides general office support and reception duties as needed. Required Skills

Bachelor's degree required; 1 to 2 years of administrative office experience; experience working in higher education preferred; Strong analytical and data management skills required, familiarity/proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
